Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu (/mod/ /sdə˞/ [steep] [tax]) is a temperate Town located in the Ádraptlērg Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu is derived from the Gnollish language, as Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu was founded by Uhleish vyim Mɑnknyi, who was culturaly Gnollish.

Climate

Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1293, by Uhleish vyim Mɑnknyi. The establishment of Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Éïpa-sdá Rudnoplu the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
